当店で扱っているアンティーク・ブロカント品はフランスにて買いつけしたものとなっております。
古いものになりますので、傷や染みや汚れなどもございます。
できるだけ詳細にお伝えできるよう努めていますが、細かなものは伝えきれないものや見落としもあるかと思います。
アンティーク品の特性としてご理解頂き、ご購入をお願いしております。
また、傷や欠けや染み、貫入などはお好みがあるかと思いますが、個人的にはアンティークならではの美しさの１つと感じております。
長く愛され、引き継がれてきたものをこれからも愛でて頂けます方にお迎え頂けましたら幸いです。
アンティークプレートに関しましては、食洗機はご使用になられず、ぬるま湯で手洗いされることをおすすめしています。
貫入があるものも多いです。洗うときなどに貫入に水が染み、染みができたように感じられることがあるかもしれませんが、乾くと元に戻ります。
しかし、長時間水に触れるような環境はお避け頂き、洗った後はすぐに乾いた布巾などでしっかりと拭いて頂くことをおすすめしております。
プレートの中には、わずかに古いもの特有の匂いがあるものもございます。
また、食器類に関しましては、輸入の際、雑貨・装飾品としての輸入となっております。
ご利用方法につきましては、お客様ご自身のご判断にお任せしておりますこと、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。
配送日指定につきましては、混雑時や都合により必ずしもご希望に添えない場合がございますので、余裕を持って指定して頂くことをお願いしております。
また、場合によっては日時指定なしの方がご到着が早いこともございますのであらかじめご了承ください。

About Our Antiques
Our antique and brocante items are personally sourced and handpicked in France.
Condition & Characteristics:
• Signs of Age: As these are vintage pieces, they naturally show signs of age, such as scratches, stains, and wear. While we strive to describe the condition as accurately as possible, please understand that some small details may not be fully captured or may be overlooked. Please note that the photographs are also a vital part of the item description; please check them carefully.
• Color Display: Please note that the actual colors of the items may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings or device screen.
• Unique Beauty: Every mark, chip, or "craquelure" (fine cracks in the glaze) is part of a piece's history. We believe these imperfections are a beautiful part of their story, and we hope these well-loved items find a home with someone who will cherish them for years to come.
Care Instructions for Antique Plates:
• Hand Wash Only: Please avoid using a dishwasher. We recommend hand washing with lukewarm water.
• Regarding Craquelure: Many plates feature fine glaze cracks. These may appear darker when wet, but they will return to their original state once dry.
• Drying: Avoid soaking items for long periods. After washing, wipe them immediately with a dry cloth.
• Scent: Some older pieces may have a faint, characteristic vintage scent.

• Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations for personal reasons (customer convenience).
• If there is a problem with the item (other than customer preference) upon arrival, please contact the proxy shopping service directly. They will handle any issues, returns, or refund requests according to their own policies.
